Occult Xenosystems

O9A Insight Role
O9A Insight Role

While the following article was written some years before Mr Myatt published his perceptive translations of and commentary on various tracts of the Corpus Hermeticum {1} it nonetheless deserves reproducing here since it provides an insight into how one insightful individual perceived the Order Of Nine Angles.

“The swirling delirium at the new /pol/ is at least 80% noise, but it includes some real intelligence (in both senses of the word), and not solely of a comedic variety. The sheer dirtiness of its signal makes it a powerful antenna, picking up on connections and information sources that tidier discussions would dismiss as pollution. This makes it especially suited to conspiracy theorizing, both inane and exotic.

While noting the importance of correction for narcissistic bias, which operates through selective attention, memorization, and (from commentators here) communication, it seems as if this blog is referenced disproportionately by the most extravagant NRx-sensitive /pol/ conspiracists. That is quite understandable. Occult philosophy, secrecy, crypsis, codes, and obscurity are insistent themes here. Xenosystems is inclined towards arcane cultural games. It identifies cryptographic developments as keys to the emerging order of the world.

The primary philosophical task of this blog is to disturb unwarranted pretensions to knowing, in the name of a Pyrrhonian inspiration. In this regard, confusion, paradox, and uncertainty are communicative outcomes to be ardently embraced.

For the purposes of this post, an exceptionally exotic /pol/ suggestion provides the opportunity to make a comparatively compact and simple point. The occasion is a web of conjecture weaving together Xenosystems and The Order of Nine Angles (O9A, ONA, or omega9alpha). In addition to the (highly-recommended) link just provided, the relevant Wikipedia entry is also extremely stimulating.

Xenosystems micro-ethics is uncomfortable with soliciting belief (or invoking expectations of trust). It is necessary to note at this point, therefore, that the following remarks are not designed to appeal to credence, but merely to add testimonial information, to be accepted or rejected at will. In the world we now enter — of “sinister dialectic” — declarations of honesty are utterly debased. However, for what (little) it is worth, these are the facts as I understand and relay them.

The O9A is not entirely new to me, but it is not a gnosis I have studied, still less deliberately aligned with. The few hours of reading I have undertaken today is by far my most intense exposure to it to date. What little I have learnt about David Myatt has not attracted me to him as a thinker or political activist, despite certain impressive characteristics (his intellect and polyglot classicism most notably). With that said:
(1) Many convergent interests are soon apparent between Outside in and the O9A (as well as a not inconsiderable number of divergences).
(2) ‘We’ are both (I think) inclined to dismiss the pretensions of the individual intellect and will, which makes the possibility of connections around the back impossible to dismiss in a peremptory fashion. As one /pol/ ‘anonymous’ remarked: “why so sure that ONA would be the deepest layer, instead of just a japeful ruse?” Real connections, influences, and metaphysical roots are obscure.
(3) O9A is fascinating.

The point of this post (finally) is taken directly from Aleister Crowley. In the compilation of his qabbalistic writings entitled 777 (Alphanomic equivalent of Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law, although that is surely coincidental), he makes some introductory remarks on the topic of hermeticism. My copy of the book is temporarily misplaced, so I shall gloss them here. A secret, of the kind relevant to hermeticism, is not something known and then hidden as a matter of decision, but rather something that by its very nature resists revelation. Crowley proceeds to mock charlatan occultists who treat the numerical values of the Hebrew letters as secret information, to be revealed theatrically at some appropriate stage of initiation. Let whatever can now be known, be known, as lucidly and publicly as possible. Only that is truly hermetic which hides itself. Reality is not so destitute of intrinsically hidden things — of Integral Obscurity — that we need to replenish its coffers with our tawdry discretion.

Whatever might exist, in the way of an occult bond between Outside in and the O9A, it is not one that anybody is keeping secret. To emphasize the point, I am going to include the alpha9omega document in the Resources roll here, not as the acknowledgement of a connection, but as a clear statement that this stuff is not a secret. It is, however, about secrecy — and that is interesting.”

This compilation of texts about the Order of Nine Angles (O9A, ONA) compliments the earlier compilation titled O9A: Truth And Propaganda. {1}

Both compilations are the response, from some of those who associate themselves with the O9A movement, to the propaganda, the lies, and the allegations made by a certain political advocacy group, and by others, and which group in March 2020 launched a campaign to get the O9A banned by the British government as a “terrorist group”. {2}

The texts in both compilations reveal the astonishing lack of knowledge about the O9A by that political advocacy group and by certain other journalists; a lack which is either deliberate – arising from hatred and prejudice – or arising because of a desire to spread propaganda about a declared enemy.

Unlike the anti-O9A propaganda spread by that political advocacy group and its minions, the articles and texts below give detailed references to O9A works and other sources.

Those who are seriously interested in studying the esoteric philosophy and praxis of the O9A should read the 300 page Seofonfeald Paeth trilogy, published in 2019 {3} and which trilogy provides an insight into the esoteric philosophy and praxis of the real O9A as opposed to the propaganda, the lies, and the allegations spread and made about the O9A by those with a certain political agenda and who have thus made the O9A into a kind of modern “Occult phantom menace.”

For this revised (May 3, 2020) edition we have added an additional appendix: Eleven Questions About The O9A.

The Anti-Fascist Campaign Against Mr Myatt

O9A Insight Role
O9A Insight Role

The anti-fascist campaign against David Myatt, the demonizing of Myatt, began in 1984 when Gerry Gable – of Jewish descent, a police informer, founder of the anti-fascist Searchlight organization and editor of the magazine of the same name – told the police that he had information that Mr Myatt was responsible for the murder of Hilda Murrell, an elderly and active campaigner for Nuclear Disarmament. {1}

As a result of receiving this information Detectives from Shrewsbury police interviewed Myatt twice. First at his home in Church Stretton, and then at his place of work, a large country house in South Shropshire where he was employed as a gardener. As a result of those interviews Myatt was eliminated from their inquiries.

Gable also informed Jenny Rathbone – a research assistant for ITV’s World in Action programme who were researching the murder of Hilda Murrell – about his suspicions regarding Myatt, as a result of which Jenny Rathbone interviewed Myatt and his then wife at their home in Church Stretton. Myatt – who at the time did not know the source of the allegations – denied any involvement, and, in the subsequent World in Action television programme about Hilda Murrell, Myatt was not mentioned.

Myatt was later to learn the source of the allegations and that they stemmed from the publication of his text Vindex, Destiny of the West in the January 1984 edition of George Dietz’s Liberty Bell magazine. {2} For Gable and his cohorts were outraged by Myatt’s defence of National Socialism and the Third Reich.

Despite this failure by Gable to have Myatt arrested and his failure to have Myatt smeared by the mainstream media, Gable continued to inform the police and the media about Myatt and his activities, culminating in 1998 when, having enlisted the help of Michael Whine – also of Jewish descent and then chairman of the influential Board of Deputies of British Jews – Detectives from SO12, Scotland Yard, {3} acting on the information received from Gable and Whine, conducted a dawn raid on Myatt’s home, then in a village near Malvern where he lived with his third wife and two children and worked on a nearby farm. The raid was named Operation Periphery.

The Detectives searched Myatt’s house for around seven hours, seized his computers and files, and arrested him on suspicion of incitement to murder and incitement to racial hatred, {4} and interviewed him at Malvern police station. Myatt was later released on bail, pending further inquires, with one of his bail conditions being that he attended Charing Cross police station in London on a regular basis. {5}

However, the fact that Myatt, in 1998, was on bail charged with various and serious criminal offences did not deter Gable and his cohorts from publishing a special edition of Searchlight magazine in April 1998 under the headline The Most Evil Nazi in Britain. {6} It seems they were most annoyed at Myatt founding and leading the National-Socialist Movement which consisted of the hundred or so members of Combat 18 still loyal to Charlie Sargent, the founder of Combat 18.

In their hatred of Myatt, the anti-fascist Searchlight crowd – which at the time included Myatt-baiter Nick Lowles – made, in that edition of their Searchlight magazine, scurrilous allegations about Myatt and about his alleged involvement with the Order of Nine Angles without providing anything probative – any evidence – for their allegations.

Their campaign against Myatt continued, resulting in articles about Myatt in their July 2000 special edition of Searchlight devoted to the London “nail-bomber” David Copeland, and in which edition of their magazine Myatt was described as a “theoretician of terror” with Searchlight repeating their unproven and malicious allegations about Myatt being involved with Satanism.

The Searchlight campaign against Myatt resulted in him being interviewed by a reporter and film-crew from the BBC television programme Panorama who were making a “documentary” about David Copeland. An extract from that interview was included in the broadcast programme. {7} Unsurprisingly, the Myatt-baiter, and fanatical anti-fascist, Nick Lowles was an assistant producer of that television programme.

Following the semi-retirement of Gerry Gable from Searchlight due to ill-health, and the departure from Searchlight of Nick Lowles (due to him, so we are informed, trying to bribe Sonia Gable, wife of Gerry Gable) and then the rise of Lowles as an anti-fascist media pundit – aided by the influential billionaire George Soros, also of Jewish descent – the campaign against Myatt was dormant for many years as Myatt-baiter Nick Lowles concentrated on consolidating his position as Britain’s leading “authority” on modern British fascism, creating his so-called “Hope Not Hate” organization in the process.

Then in 2019, with his media-position and that of his so-called “Hope Not Hate” organization secured as “authorities” on modern British fascism, Lowles returned to his Myatt-baiting, writing a 2019 article about the Order of Nine Angles and an article about Myatt which were strewn with errors and replete with unproven allegations. {8} He even claimed to have interviewed Myatt in 2001 when in fact the interview took place in 1998, as attested by both the July 2000 edition of Searchlight magazine and by Myatt himself. {9} It was most pleasing to the Myatt-baiting Lowles that the mainstream media in Britain – such as The Daily Telegraph, The Sun, The Guardian – reproduced his allegations about Myatt and the Order of Nine Angles verbatim and did not bother to have their journalists investigate the facts.

However, not content with this, the Myatt-baiting Lowles – financed as he still was by the influential billionaire George Soros, and employing as he did and does The Big Lie technique – repeated his malicious and unproven allegations about Myatt again not only in a “Hope Not Hate” report published in 2020 but also in various internet “podcasts”. {10}

Despite being challenged to provide actual evidence for his allegations {11} he has failed to do so. Meanwhile, others – such as journalists Jake Hanrahan and the BBC’s Daniel De Simone {12} – have accepted without question what the Myatt-baiting Lowles has written and said. Which of itself goes to prove just how effective The Big Lie technique is in our modern times.

All of which raises the question of just why Mr Myatt – from 1984 to the present – has been the subject of anti-fascist, and of Jewish, hatred and propaganda.

Is what Myatt wrote during his neo-nazi years (1968-1998) so dangerous to the current Magian status quo? {13}{2} Is his recent – post-2011 – pagan philosophy of pathei-mathos also so dangerous to the current Magian status quo? {14}

If so, that would explain such a hateful and long-lasting campaign to discredit him.

Covid-19: The Stark Reality

In regard to the Covid-19 pandemic, I have six concerns about current government policy in the UK, in the US, and elsewhere in the lands of the West.

The first is that the UK government, like many States in the US, have issued decrees which almost overnight have taken away our basic freedoms, our right to make our own decisions and act on those decisions.

The second concern is that other decrees have, again almost overnight, forced businesses to close and taken away the livelihood of many people. The result has been the unprecedented loss of our social lives and thus of the type of society we in the West have known for centuries, such as going to the Pub, going to and taking part in sporting and other outdoor events, going on holiday in our land, playing games – such as football – on a beach. Not even during two world wars was our social life curtailed in such a way, with those wars resulting in millions more deaths than are predicted from the current pandemic.

My third concern is that we as a species have survived worse pandemics in the past, like The Black Death and the 1918 pandemic, with The Black death – which was 90% fatal, unlike the relatively low 5% mortality rate of Covid-19 – being one of the causes that led to the European Renaissance and positive changes in Western society. We survived such pandemics because of three things: what is known as “community immunity”, genetics, and because such adversity aids our evolution: Was mich nicht umbringt, macht mich stärker.

In terms of genetics and community immunity, some people – only a few in the case of The Black Death for example – are naturally immune, with many who are infected surviving and becoming immune and passing on their immunity to others through social contact.

My fourth concern is that the tyrannical-like decrees by Western governments and the meek compliance to such decrees by most of our folk shows how passive we as folk seem to have become, and how powerful and tyrannical our so-called “democratic” governments can be, which perhaps does not bode well for our future.

My fifth concern is that current data shows a relatively low mortality rate from Covid-19 with most who die being elderly or having underlying health problems. This data does not – at least to me – justify the panic, the constant propaganda, the FUD (fear, uncertainty, doubt) by the government and the media, and the tyrannical “lock down” imposed on us.

My sixth concern is that most of our folk – and even some National Socialists – seem to have forgotten or neglect the fact we have created the most civilized society ever known not by “staying safe”, not by “staying home”, but by accepting and overcoming challenges and disasters, by being defiant, and by accepting that death is a fact of life and even in some cases is or may be necessary. Every year in the UK, for example, there are around 600,000 deaths from various causes. Will there be an additional 600,000 deaths from Covid-19 in the UK? Not even the worse case scenario suggests such high mortality.

Which brings me to my final point, which is that in respect of Covid-19 governments rely on scenarios which are the result of computer models and inputted data. The accuracy of the models is unproven, and the data which is fed into the models has been selected based on certain criteria and may be inaccurate or selected on the basis of fallible assumptions. In other words, the predicted mortality rate for Covid-19 is only a current “best guess”.

Thus my answer to what might be done instead of panic, lock down, and “best guesses” is to help the sick and the dying, but allow Nature to take its course and develop community immunity, accept there will be deaths, continue with our Western, social, way of life, and move on, learning from the tragedy, and thus change, adapt, evolve. To me, this would be the National Socialist thing to do.

The harsh, the stark, reality of our human history, a reality we as a folk once accepted and was part of our ancestral tradition, is – as I noted in a previous article – “that many of us die or will die from disease, viral or otherwise; that elderly people are more prone to die from infections – viral or otherwise; that epidemics and pandemics and disease – from the Black Death to the Spanish 1918 pandemic to malaria – are a fact of Nature and a means whereby we have changed, evolved; that we can either accept the power of Nature, and who and what we are, or we can try to struggle against Nature and try to conquer Nature and believe we are fighting a war against epidemics and pandemics and disease.” {1}

It is sheer arrogance – hubris – for us to believe we can fight Nature and win. Our ancestral wisdom informs us that we should work in balance with Nature, not against it.

This working in balance with Nature is, I believe, enshrined in National Socialism and implies an acceptance of the stark, the harsh, reality of civilizations and especially the stark reality of the birth, growth, evolution of our Western civilization. If we do not accept this stark reality how can we hope to even maintain, to defend, our civilization?

The current crises has revealed how tyrannical our governments can be and now are, and how many of our folk do not know or cannot accept the harsh reality behind our Western civilization and the harsh reality needed for us to defend it, and develop it, and ourselves, further.

For my view is that it is tyranny for the government – any government – to confine most people to what is in all but name “house arrest” and to take away our centuries old liberty to, for example, go to the Pub or watch or take part in outdoor sports or other events, or travel somewhere in our land for a holiday, or play a game of football on a beach.

Our governments have now shown that they have total power – they command what we do and where we go, ultimately on pain of imprisonment if we don’t pay the fines imposed by the police for breaking what the government has commanded. Their commands have totally disrupted our Western societies in an unprecedented way.

It has also shown just how meek and tame we as a folk seem to have become. That there is a meek compliance to such government decrees by most of our folk shows how passive we as folk have become. Would Vikings, would the Anglo-Saxons, would the Kelts, would Germanic tribes, have embraced such a message as “stay safe at home” and obeyed their tyrannical overlords? Would they have been bothered by deaths from disease, viral or otherwise, to the extent of staying meekly in their dwellings? Or would they have accepted that death – from disease or from war or from other causes – is a natural and necessary fact of human life and thus continue to live, and to fight, according to ancestral custom?

Thus, the question really is: what have we, as a folk, now become or are becoming?

Comparing Two Recent O9A Compilations

O9A Insight Role
O9A Insight Role

In March 2019 Morina Kapiris of the TWS Nexion published – as pdf documents – two volumes of post-2011 Order of Nine (O9A, ONA) texts titled Compilation Of Some Recent O9A Texts, 2017-2019, with the first volume consisting of 146 pages and several illustrations, and the second volume consisting of 7 pages of illustrations. {1}

Between August 2019 and October 2019 Rachael Stirling, also of the TWS nexion, published – as both gratis open access pdf documents and as printed books – her own selection of post-2011 O9A texts in three volumes under the titles Feond, Baeldraca, and Tyberness {2} and then a month later issued all three works in a single gratis open access pdf document titled The Seofonfeald Paeth containing as that pdf document does 301 pages of texts and illustrations. {3}

In both works, many of the illustrations were from Renaissance alchemical or occult texts such as Azoth Sive Aureliae Occultae Philosophorum published in 1613 CE and Oedipvs Aegyptiacvs published in 1653 CE.

The intent of both works was to provide, for those curious about the O9A, for students of the Occult, and for academics,
             “information about various Occult topics which the modern literature – academic and otherwise – about modern Occultism, about Satanism, and about the Western Left Hand Path, have ignored, but also deal, in a measured and rational way, with the philosophical and Occult roots of the O9A giving as they do copious references to (and sometimes illustrations from) medieval, renaissance and Greco-Roman texts, more often than not in the original language of those texts such as Latin and Hellenistic Greek.
             These texts therefore serve to distinguish the O9A from all other modern Occult groups be such groups described as Occult, Satanist, or of the Western Left Hand Path.”

The compilations also provided easy access to hitherto aural O9A traditions,
             “such as the links between the Seven Fold Way and the Corpus Hermeticum; the link to Renaissance texts such as Azoth Sive Aureliae Occultae Philosophorum with its illustration of a septenary “Tree of Wyrd”, which illustration also contains the three basic alchemical substances (Salt, Sulphur, Mercury) whose nine combinations form the pieces of the O9A Star Game and represent the “nine angles” of O9A tradition and the link to the Rosarium Philosophorum MS which contains a coloured illustration of Azoth, the living (alchemical) water.
             There is also the link between the septenary system illustrated in Oedipvs Aegyptiacvs (Tomi Secundi Pars Altera) and the sigil described in Theorem XVIII of John Dee’s 1564 work Monas Hieroglyphica.”

While many of the texts and illustrations in The Seofonfeald Paeth are also in the two volumes of Compilation Of Some Recent O9A Texts, some are not, such as the illustrated article The O9A Septenary Sigil, the illustrated article O9A Esoteric Notes LXIII, the profusely illustrated article Sigils In Medieval And Renaissance Occult Texts: Some Questions For O9A Novices, and the two polemics Artistic Transgression And Subversion and Exposing Twelve Basic Errors, none of which articles were included in the three volumes of The Seofonfeald Paeth.

Likewise, the earlier Compilation Of Some Recent O9A Texts, does not contain the updated A Glossary of Order of Nine Angles Terms, nor the article Of Star Gates And Nexions, nor the two illustrations of esoteric chant written in cheironomic neumes {4}, nor the article One Esoteric Insight: The Acausal And ὁ θεός, nor the text The Geryne of Satan.

Thus, and in our opinion, a study of both Compilation Of Some Recent O9A Texts, 2017-2019, and The Seofonfeald Paeth should enable those curious about the O9A, students of the Occult, and academics, to (i) appreciate how and why the O9A is different from all other modern Occult groups be such groups described as Occult, Satanist, or of the Western Left or Right Hand Paths, (ii) understand a Western, pagan, esotericism older than and different from the later esotericism derived from or dependent on the Hebrew Kabbalah, and (iii) appreciate the esoteric perspective of O9A traditions such as the decades-long Seven Fold Way and hitherto neglected Occult Arts such as The Star Game and O9A Esoteric Chant.

Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update

Atu III, Richard Moult

Today, Monday 23 March 2020, the Prime Minister of Britain – grandson of a Russian Jew, and great-grandson of a Turkish Muslim – sits like a dictator in a plush room flanked by the national flag, and by means of a live televised broadcast announced to the nation that even more tyrannical measures will be introduced which will severely restrict the rights and liberties of ordinary citizens. All the name of “public safety” and “protecting life”.

For now – today – “public safety”, protecting life, and the fight – the war – against the new viral enemy has replaced slogans about the fight – the war – against terrorism and replaced even older slogans about the so-called “evil” of Nazi Germany and the need to fight a “total war” in order to protect and save democracy. The rhetoric is the same: only the name of the enemy, and the means to fight this new war, have changed.

Meanwhile, the social fabric of our British society – going to the pub, to bars, to restaurants, going to concerts and events, playing or spectating at outdoor sports, sending our children to school, and so on – slowly breaks down. There is no time-scale for when life will return to normal. If, after this, it can ever return to normal.

What is happening is dystopian. The powerful politicians, like the Prime Minister, the wealthy and the well-connected, continue with their lavish lifestyles in their mansions or in their large residences with their manicured gardens, while ordinary folk have to endure shortages of food and domestic essentials, lose their jobs because their places of work have been shut down, and are told to stay indoors or risk fines or risk being taken away and forcibly placed in isolation. Gatherings in public of more than two people who do not live together have been declared illegal.

That there is no vocal or organized dissent – in the media, from politicians, even from anarchists and nationalists – about the severe and unprecedented and tyrannical restrictions of the rights and liberties of ordinary citizens is extraordinary. It is as if the majority of people uncritically believe what the government and the media tell them. Which belief and lack of active dissent allows tyranny to survive and propser.

Yet the government policy of (i) isolating ourselves – for up to 12 weeks in the case of those considered to be most at risk in terms of health – and (ii) of “social distancing” and (iii) of “lockdown”, of closing pubs, bar, restaurants, and other aspects of our social society, is not based on fact but on speculation.

The speculation is that hundreds of thousands of people will die if government policy is not followed and enforced. That we would be selfish and irresponsible if we did not do what the government demanded. There is currently no data, no verifiable research, which supports such speculation.

What the latest data – March 21-23, 2020 – does reveal is that worldwide there have been 332,935 confirmed cases and have been 14,510 deaths. {1} In Britain there have been 5,683 confirmed cases and 281 deaths.

This means that the survival rate – even in the worst affected areas, such as Italy and Spain – is greater than 90%. In other words, Covid-19 is not a new Black Death; not a pandemic like the Spanish influenza of 1918. And thus does not require such draconian, such tyrannical, measures.

In addition, the policy of isolation, of social distancing and of “lockdown” does not allow for community – herd – immunity, which for millennia has been Nature’s way of protecting us, en masse, from pandemics. This is the immunity that develops in the general population because those who have been infected and survived pass on such immunity to others as a result of social contact. This is what occurred, for example, during the 1968-1969 Hong Kong influenza pandemic the death toll from which was reduced because a significant portion of people had some immunity to the virus as a result of community immunity.

What the government and their vocal supporters in the media and elsewhere also do not want to acknowledge is that it is a fact of life, part of our nature as mortal biological beings, that many of us die from disease, viral or otherwise; that elderly people are more prone to die from infections – viral or otherwise; that epidemics and pandemics and disease – from the Black Death to the Spanish 1918 pandemic to malaria – are a fact of Nature and a means whereby we have changed, evolved; that we can either accept the power of Nature, and who and what we are, or we can try to struggle against Nature and try to conquer Nature and believe we are fighting a war against epidemics and pandemics and disease.

The government and others have chosen to struggle against Nature since it seems that they want to be seen as “saviours” in a much hyped “new war” against Nature, and because they fear that the option of working with Nature – through community immunity, and allowing our societies to carry on almost as normal – may mean they will be somehow blamed for inaction when people die during the new pandemic.

In other words, they have taken the short-term, short-sighed, political option, disrupting society in an unprecedented way, rather than the option that ancestral wisdom, that an understanding of Nature reveals: of community immunity; of ourselves as biological beings prone to illness and accidents, and of how epidemics and pandemics can be a means whereby we as a species change and evolve. As The Black Death – which unlike Covid-19 was almost always fatal – brought about positive social, religious, and political changes and the European Renaissance itself; for as Nietzsche wrote, Was mich nicht umbringt, macht mich stärker.

That such ancestral wisdom is enshrined in the modern political philosophy of National Socialism {2} is, of course, one more reason why modern Western politicians and the media have chosen the short-term, short-sighed, political option of disrupting society in an unprecedented way. For they have so demonized National Socialism and the folk society of The Third Reich for so many decades – made it a modern heresy – that the majority of our folk have no conception of how that political philosophy enshrines our native, our European, ancestral wisdom.

Which ancestral wisdom does not mean the heartless way of being indifferent to suffering and letting people die, as politicians and many others mistakenly believe. Rather it means caring for the sick and the dying; letting society function almost as normal; allowing for the development of community immunity, and introducing measures which encourage the benefits of outdoor exercise. There is only one country in the world which, so far, has taken this route: Russia, where its leader Vladimir Putin has not imposed “lockdown” and who recently was out and about in Crimea, meeting crowds and shaking hands, and not socially-distancing himself. {3} This natural approach by President Putin – this ray of hope – may, however, change. If it does change {4} then we who are of European descent face a bleak future, our only hope – it seems to me – to carry within our hearts the truth about National Socialism and personally pass on this truth to others.

Coronavirus: A Dissenting And Pagan View

Richard Moult: Atu XX

March 18, 2020. The new pandemic caused by a new virus – Covid-19, commonly called Coronavirus – has led politicians in Western societies to panic, to act on the basis of speculation rather than on the basis of verifiable data; to introduce radical restrictions on people – such as severely restricting foreign travel and closing schools, cancelling sporting events, shutting down theaters, restricting public gatherings, closing Underground Stations in London, and telling people to stay indoors on pain of arrest {1} – and to declare things such as “we are in a war against an invisible killer,” {2} and Nous sommes en guerre {3}.

The result has been the greatest disruption in Western societies since World War Two, with the attitude among politicians and many others amounting to declaring that “we are at war with Nature” amid the scramble to try and contain the spread of the virus.

The disruption and restrictions and draconian legislation are based on speculation that the new virus will have a severe mortality rate; a rate much greater than the 1% to 2% of influenza pandemics such as the one between 1968 and 1969. Hence the claim – unsupported by actual data – that there will be at least 250,000 deaths from Covid-19 in Britain alone.

Yet a study of the data currently available reveals a mortality rate of around 2% in places such as Italy and America and Britain, with many of those who died being elderly and having underlying and often serious health problems. In addition, many of those who have been infected – such as Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, and David and Sally Abel, whose cases were widely reported in the media – suffered mild symptoms and recovered within a few weeks. Which recovery by so many is what a mortality rate of around 2% indicates. {4}{5}

The formulation and implementation of government policy on the basis of speculation and on the basis of a “worst case scenario”, the lack of dissent especially among politicians and journalists, and the scramble to try and contain the spread of the virus through restrictive and draconian measures, are indicative of the fact that we humans – even after a century of scientific and technological advances based on reason, scientific experimentation, and verifiable research – can still react in an irrational and fearful way and still uphold the hubriatic belief that “we are in a war” with – or should be at war with – a natural occurrence.

Which arrogant, hubriatic, belief – based on the assumptions that we are, could be, should be, masters of Earth, of Nature, and can solve all problems, environmental, political, social while remaining as we are – has led to us causing the climate change which our planet is now undergoing. It has also led to us forgetting a fundamental principle of biological life: which is that all biological beings die, and that there are natural causes over which we have no control despite what we in our hubris and egoism like to believe.

In effect, our politicians and many others have neglected or forgotten or never known certain truths, a certain wisdom. Truths, a wisdom, known for example by those with long-experience of the oceans, of the Sea: of its raw power, its unpredictability, and of how we humans can be and often are powerless when confronted with that power, that unpredictability.

Truths, a wisdom, known when some new or old disease afflicts us, and when we – or our relatives or our friends or loved ones – die from such a disease or from natural causes or from some accident of life.

That prideful, hubriatic, attitude – which overestimates our abilities and our power as biological beings who are doomed sometime, somewhere, somehow, to die – is enshrined in such slogans as “Cancer: we’re coming to get you” since we are in effect saying “Death: we’re coming to get you,” as if we can, should, somehow forestall the inevitable.

What, thus, has been and is being neglected or forgotten or never known is a simple truth known to most if not all ancestral traditions and which truth formed one of the foundations of ancient Western paganism. A truth which a modern pagan mystic expressed by quoting an expression originally in Ancient Greek: “Our ending arrives whenever wherever the Moirai [the Fates] decide.” {6}

In practical terms this truth means a rather laissez-faire – stoical – attitude to life, an attitude exemplified by the reality behind the now much maligned British phrase “stiff upper lip” and the now much satirized slogan “Keep Calm And Carry On”.

For myself, and in respect of this manufactured Covid-19 crisis, I intend to live as normal; ignoring the panic and the waffle and the fear-mongering of politicians and others.

As a pagan I am content to die when and how the Fates – the gods, the Kosmos, Nature herself – decree. Until that moment there is life, living, to be savoured and enjoyed in a life-affirming pagan way.

An Icon Of Nihilism?

David Myatt

Myatt: Icon Of Nihilism?

The French author Bertrand Vergely – who teaches at the Institute of Political Studies in Paris – wrote in his 2019 book Notre vie a un sens: Une sagesse contre le pessimisme ambiant, that his “philosophy of Pathei-Mathos [is] probably very close to that of David Myatt – an inflammatory reference according to [modern] dogma…..” {1}

That Vergely has borrowed Myatt’s phrase “philosophy of pathei-mathos” (a term used by Myatt from 2011) and mentioned that even referencing Myatt is an inflammatory thing to do, is interesting. As is the attempt by Vergely to distance “his” philosophy from Myatt’s by stating he does not endorse either some of the things that Myatt once endorsed (and has since rejected) or which Myatt’s enemies have accused him of endorsing.

Interesting because it reveals a progressive awareness of Myatt’s philosophy, and because of how propaganda about and rumours concerning Myatt – for example, by anti-fascist groups – have not only increased in recent years but also been believed by thousands upon thousands of people even through there is no evidence – nothing probative – to support such propaganda and rumours, leading rational folk to conclude that such believers and such anti-fascist propagandists are biased and prejudiced.

Biased and prejudiced because they have not bothered to read Myatt’s extensive post-2011 writings about his rejection of extremism {2} and his extensive post-2011 writings about his philosophy of pathei-mathos with its foundations of empathy, compassion, and humility, {3} or if they have bothered to read a few them they have dismissed them as the deceptive work of a Trickster, of an “evil mastermind”, with the result that David Myatt now seems to be perceived as an iconoclast and is progressing to become a modern icon for heretical rebellion against the capitalist West, for antinomianism, and for nihilism.

Fallacies Of Anti-O9A Propaganda

Order Of Nine Angles Sigil

As mentioned in previous articles, the propaganda about the Order of Nine Angles (O9A, ONA) written and distributed by a political advocacy group is riddled with errors {1} and reveals the astonishing lack of knowledge about the O9A by that political advocacy group; a lack which is either deliberate – arising from hatred and prejudice – or arising because of a desire to spread propaganda about one of their declared enemies.

The propaganda also reveals the author committing several logical fallacies; either from ignorance or because of hatred and prejudice and/or from a desire to spread propaganda about a declared enemy.

Some examples of such fallacies are:

° In respect of the O9A, in their 2019 so-called “Sate of hate” report, and in their 2020 report, the author commits the logical fallacy of Incomplete Evidence by selectively quoting from some O9A material, ignoring other material which provides context or which contradicts such quotations, and quoting material authored by some of those who associate themselves with the Occult movement that is the O9A.

Thus most of the O9A corpus is ignored, since a study of that corpus (i) would have contradicted their claim that the O9A is neo-nazi, {2} {3} (ii) revealed the context for suggested Insight Roles, which is a short part of the third stage of the decades long Seven Fold Way; (iii) revealed the fundamental O9A principle of individual authority, {4} and (iv) contradicted their claim that the O9A encourage misogyny and rape. {5}

° In the same report the author commits the fallacy of secundum quid et simpliciter. Which is the use of particular individual cases to form a general rule to then use that rule to describe, and thence to blame, or to castigate, or to defame a whole group. In many instances this involves quoting from material authored by some of those who associate themselves with the Occult movement that is the O9A.

° In the 2020 report the author commits the fallacy of argumentum ad verecundiam – argument from authority – by repeating what certain others have said or written about the O9A, with it being obvious from the errors made in that and the 2019 report and from the committal of the foregoing two other fallacies, that the author is not an authority on the subject of O9A esoteric theory and praxises.

° In both reports the author commits a fallacy of presumption by making conclusions based on their assumptions and claim; in addition to which the author provides no evidence – nothing probative – for their assumptions and claims, such as in the matter of Mr Myatt being Anton Long, and which assumptions and claims often derive from the foregoing three fallacies.

The propagandistic nature of the reports can thus be seen, for the biased and misleading information they contain has been systematically disseminated in order to promote a political cause.

{2} See the chapter The Alleged National Socialism Of The O9A in The Seofonfeald Paeth trilogy. The article quotes from letters by Anton Long sent to Michael Aquino and others in the early 1990s, letters which were published in 1992.

{3} See also Order Of Nine Angles: The Deofel Quintet, included in Seofonfeald Paeth trilogy, where it is explained that The Deofel Quintet (written between 1976 and the early 1990’s) places the neo-nazism aspect into the necessary esoteric perspective, for the novels of the Deofel Quintet are non-political.

{4} The principle is explained in the two articles Authority, Learning, and Culture, In O9A Tradition (written in 2013) and The Authority Of Individual Judgement: Interpretation And Meaning (written in 2014). Both articles are included in The Seofonfeald Paeth trilogy.

The axiom of the authority of individual judgement means that each O9A person, nexion, group, or cell, are – with one important exception – free to develop their own interpretation of everything O9A, free to develop and change everything O9A, and that there is no authority above the individual, or beyond each group or collective of groups. No O9A leader, no outer (or inner) ‘representative’, no council, no ‘old guard’, who can make pronouncements about or declare what is or is not correct. No ‘official’ or ‘genuine’ O9A; no ‘heresy’; no proscription of individuals or groups. Furthermore, no consensus is necessary or required among those who are or who associate with the O9A {2}, although naturally a particular O9A nexion may have or arrive at a particular internal consensus and thus presence a particular interpretation of matters O9A.

{5} The O9A consider rapists as suitable candidates for culling: see for example the text Culling And The Code of Kindred Honour (written 2015) available at https://omega9alpha.files.wordpress.com/2015/12/culling-o9a-code-v3.pdf

The pro-Sapphic novel Breaking The Silence Down – written in 1985 and part of The Deofel Quintet – and the essay The Anti-Patriarchal O9A Ethos – written in 2017 and available at https://omega9alpha.files.wordpress.com/2017/02/o9a-questions-2017-v5b.pdf – reveals the O9A attitude toward women, with the O9A code of kindred honour embodying respect for women and gender equality.

This compilation is of articles and texts which provide “the O9A side of the story” in relation to the accusations made about the O9A (Order of Nine Angles) and the propaganda spread regarding the O9A in two reports, published in 2019 and 2020, by a political advocacy group, and which group is currently (March 2020) trying to get the O9A banned by the British government.

The articles and texts reveal the astonishing lack of knowledge about the O9A by that political advocacy group; a lack which is either deliberate – arising from hatred and prejudice – or arising because of a desire to spread propaganda about one of their declared enemies.

Unlike the anti-O9A propaganda spread by that political advocacy group and its minions, the articles and texts in the compilation give detailed references to O9A works and other sources.

It really does seem that a political advocacy group – and over 10,000 people who have (as of March 10, 2020) signed their petition to ban the O9A – really do believe that the O9A is The Occult Phantom Menace.
